Take Your Midi-Skirt Styling to the Next Level

Take Your Midi-Skirt Styling to the Next Level

I just love a dope midi skirt. Something about their versatility and comfort, makes them a wardrobe staple for me. Plus, you can easily rock it all year round. This iridescent, metallic one is super chic and can easily be dressed up or down to fit just about any occasion.

Here are a few ways you can style your midi skirt:

  • Length check - First, make sure you are rocking the right length for your height, otherwise, you could truly be dimming your own light. If you're tall, you should aim for a skirt that hits around the calf. If you are shorter, try going for a length that hits not too far past your knee.

Try some of these styling combos to create several different looks from this one diverse piece:

  • Pair with boots & a leather jacket if you want more of a edge

  • Add a crop top to play with proportions, add bangles and other high impact jewelry to get an artsy vibe

  • Try a button down shirt, belt it, and add some dainty accessories

  • Go all the way chic with some flats

  • Go racy with sexy high heels

  • Try a plain white tee and a newsboy hat  and some chill sneakers for a perfect weeknd look

  • A blazer and cami with some closed toe heels takes you to the office effortlessly

  • Tuck in an oversized sweater with some boots for a nice transitional look
